COLD BREW COFFEE + NITROGEN GAS
To start, we use Valentine Coffee's Peru and Costa Rica coffee beans. We steep the coffee for nearly twenty-four hours before it gets filtered multiple times. The filtration process removes acids and impurities, while providing a crisp and clean flavor. Step two consists of putting the cold brew in a keg and dispensing it with Nitrogen gas. The Nitrogen gas creates small carbonation bubbles, and adds a creamy, Guinness stout-like flavor. Like the icing on a cake, the layer of foam on the top is the real treat.
ESPRESSO + STEAMED HORCHATA
The CHATA'LATA has roots that lie deep in Latin America's history. The main component of the CHATA'LATA is the horchata base. Horchata (rice water) is known to be a refreshing summertime favorite in Mexico. The sweetness of the vanilla, mixed with the spice of cinnamon, and the texture from the rice makes for a great espresso infused concoction.
ESPRESSO + CANE SUGAR COCA-COLA
The SPRO-DA-POP is a unique, yet delightful summer time beverage. Made with Coca-Cola produced in and imported from Mexico. This version of Coca-Cola utilizes real cane sugar, rather than high fructose corn syrup found in standard Coca-Cola. Our SPRO-DA-POP is composed of Mexican Coca-Cola on the rocks, with a double shot of espresso.
